Cheryl Given was quite attentive to the sale of my home start to finish! Her comprehensive approach started with “feed them and they will come.” That they did! My home was sold by the end of the following day! My house was SOLD before the sign went in the ground! Record breaking efforts as far as I’m concerned, brought not only multiple offers, by also an opportunity for me to rest easy. Not having to show my home beyond the first day left me more time to manage the rest of my responsibilities. Moving and life responsibilities is a massive undertaking. With Cheryl Hiven at the helm, I really had no worries right from the start!
